Dart Homes at ReMax Realty Services from Montgomery County Maryland logo redesign.

Founded by Nathan Dart, Dart Homes is a team of real estate professionals committed to buying and selling the most desired homes in Montgomery County. They take pride in their availability, expertise, and extensive partner network.

Because Dart is a family name, it was only fitting a dart be incorporated into the branding of the company. To the left are different variations of the feathered dart tail with the indication of a house. These combine imagery inspired by the dart tail and shape with the outline of a house.

These ideas were inspired by the house and dart tail shape. The simplistic style of these ideations makes them easy to read and identify.

The representation of the dart better identifies the brand. Taking the existing typeface and initials of the company, I combined those with the imagery of the dart to create the final logo. To integrate the dart with the initials, I used the dart to cross the initial “H.” In creating the dart, it needed to be simple, yet stylized and identifiable.
